Terms and conditions
You will be eligible for the 2% pay on time discount in respect of a bill if payment of the full amount of charges specified on that bill is received by us on or before the pay-by date specified on the bill. If you pay your bills by direct debit or automatic payment from your credit card, you will be eligible for the pay on time discount in respect of a bill if payment of that bill is actually made by direct debit or automatic payment from your credit card in accordance with our Automatic Payment Arrangement Conditions on or before the pay-by date specified on the bill. This discount only applies to the electricity consumption component of our standard residential rates and will end 3 years after the supply start date. Further Terms and Conditions on this discount will be included in your Welcome Pack.

This is an annual saving of $23 based on the consumption of an average Simply Energy South Australian residential customer (6MWh) and an average energy tariff ($0.19c/kWh). The rebate is calculated as 2% of electricity consumption charges incurred over the previous 12 month period. Conditions apply
